Handling the End-to-End recruitment process of HQ
Coordinate with relevant teams (hiring managers) to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements (both technical and non-technical)
Sourcing and shortlisting candidates through LinkedIn, rozee.pk and Indeed
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to potential shortlisted candidates
Screening and shortlisting of candidates based on their education, experience and relevant certification and training
Perform pre-screening calls to shortlisted candidates to ask pre-interview questions along with to explain the interview procedure
Coordinate with relevant team to conduct Stage 1 & 2 Level Interviews
Salary Consents Emails and Calls to the shortlisted candidates
Minute Sheet processing of approved/selected candidates
Regret mails to candidates who were not able to clear their respective interview session/s
Maintaining CV pool of both internal, external and CIP talent on shared drive for each position along with screening comments.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Reporting on recruiting needs and project status to management
Drafting letters for new appointments and internal job placement alongside their announcement for organization wide communication.
Prepare new joiner welcome bag/s along with the new joining formaliti
Drafting the template of Internship Weekly Reports and the Internship Report Contents
Issuance of Internship Completion Letters
Consult with department/unit leaders on organization design and effectiveness, team, Organization, and business issues, talent development and leadership development
Partner with training houses to build the relevant soft skill across the organization and evaluate their effectiveness
